JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise the Board of Directors/General Director on factory setting & management: equipment, technology, use of raw materials, factory infrastructure
• Organizing and operating production to ensure quality and efficiency
• Implement daily, weekly and monthly production plan
• Deploy production, coordinate, control progress, productivity, quality
• Control and manage budget costs within the allowable level of the company, consumption norms of raw materials, labor, report on product inventory, arising problems in a timely manner to take measures. quick fix.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in a Management position.
• Having set up a new Japanese factory is an advantage
• Good understanding of safety, ISO, how to set up production line, calculate manpower & production plan
• Good Japanese equivalent to N2 or higher (REQUIRED)
