LOCATION
Industrial Park in Thai Binh.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and manage the manufacturing site.
• Establish and maintain a stable factory operating system.
• Implement quality improvement systems, promote productivity improvement, and cost reduction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working at similar Production Supervision role in a Japanese company (5 years and above).
• Management experience (2 years and above).
• Japanese level of JLPT N2 and above.

Good to have:

• Experience working for an Automotive company and/or the Fabric manufacturing and processing industry.
• English level of TOEIC 700 and above.

BENEFITS

• Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:00-17:00, 60-min lunch break  

Saturday every 2 week.                                                                                             

• 13th month salary.                   
• Performance bonus (once a year).
