 One of the largest bilateral donor agencies in the world and is in charge of implementing Japan's Official Development Assistance (ODA) programs
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting each individual projects

Supporting tasks for the environment management unit and sewage management unit, including negotiation with relevant counterparts (Ministries, Universities, Research Institutes, etc)

• Administrative tasks

Arrange logistics for business trip and for missions from Japan/other countries, Settlement of financial reports of each project, other relevant documentation, etc.

• Research/Analysis work

Collecting relevant information from Japanese information sources and producing internal document.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
• Preferably more than 3 years full-time working experiences
• Experiences on implementation and management of projects, experiences at Japanese company/organization, including experience in ODA sectors are preferable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Vietnamese, Japanese and English. Regarding Japanese language, more than second degree (“N2”) of Japanese Language Proficiency Test (“Nihongo Kentei”) is necessary condition. First degree (“N1”) is preferred. Regarding English, TOEIC 800 points (or equivalent level ) is necessary condition.
• Experience with computers, including MS Word, Excel and Power point.
