Job vacancy HSE Engineer

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign construction company is looking for HSE Engineer to reinforce their site HSE team in Khanh Hoa Province

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate between all parties HSE staff on create/recommend and implement safety plans.
• Manage erection subcontractors with HSE Plan and the project’s policies in an efficient and safe manner as directed to reduce the risk of incidents/ accidents.
• Advise site engineers of any unsafe conditions or violations of HSE requirements.
• Attend toolbox meeting and safety walks and inspection, to analyze safety risks and provide remedial/improvement recommendation at workplace.
• Conduct a full safety investigation and gather the evidence necessary to identify the root cause of an accident and what procedures may have been wrong in case an accident occurs.
• Liaise between management and external safety agencies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in health and safety, or a related field may be preferred.
• Having minimum three years of experience as safety related field preferably at construction environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Fluent in English
