JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure company product alignment with customer systems by collaborating directly with the customer's engineers.
• Generate daily technical progress report
• Day to day operations (back order and delivery follow up)
• Communicate & Supporting customer requests to headquarters
• Partner with Sales team on business/sales planning and strategy for their respective sales areas
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by technical marketing/operation teams at Singapore office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of semiconductor (DRAM or NAND)
• Experience in technical support for request/inquiry
• 3 - 5 years of working experience (Storage industry (SSDs or enterprise storage) preferred
• Business level of English
