Japanese IT company providing Marketing platform is looking for Senior Developer (Career path to Technical Leader, CTO) to join their dynamic team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of the overall development from requirement definition to release in the project such as new functions and performance improvement.
• Be engaged in a wide range of development, such as the back-end part for acquiring / analysing a large amount of measurement data and the front-end part with various functions for marketing business support increase.
• Carry out the tasks below in close communication with PMs and Technical Leads.

As a leader, we will manage the tasks of the members as well as team building including member development. Key responsibilities and accountabilities include (but not limited to):

• • Understanding of requirements
  • Technical survey of new functions (PoC)
  • Application design
  • Implementation of application and implementation of UT
  • Code review
  • Document creation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years web/backend development (Java/Python)
• 3 years of System or Application Design & Analyse
• Database Or caching skills: such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ
• Quick catch-up on system structure
• Experience in Code design, Unit test specification creation
• Have experience or developed a system on the AWS platform
• Experience in Functional and non-functional requirements definition
• Technical follow-up and training for development members
• Design and promotion of technical training policy together with CTO
• Teamwork skills, logical explanations, and presentations

WORKING TIME

• Mon – Fri, 8:00 – 17:30 (Break time: 12:00 – 13:30)
