Job vacancy Chief Accountant

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign construction company is looking for Chief Accountant to join their project in Long An.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take care of the day-to-day accounting activities for ensuring all tasks are carried out smoothly and effectively.
• Review and approve of payments and remittances to subcontractor.
• General management of regular accounting and financing reporting system including accounting management reports and accounting financial report in accordance with VAS, IFRS and area of concern.
• Forecast and manage the cash flow of project office for daily operations.
• Calculate corporate income tax (CIT), value added tax (VAT), foreign contractor tax (FCT), personal income tax (PIT) and other applicable taxes in Vietnam.
• Manage tax audit/inspection by tax authorities or other governmental bodies.
• Manage expense claim and allowance claim.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Having bachelor’s degree with major in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of Accountant prefer working in Construction industry.
• General knowledge of VAS and taxation in Vietnam
• Good communication in English.
• Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft office.
• Being responsible, careful, and good management and planning skills.
• Problem-solving skills
• Work hours: 08:00～17:00 (Mon―Fri), 08:00~12:00 (every Sat)
