Job vacancy Network Engineer & IT Tester

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign investment company is looking for an Network Engineer (Full-time remote) to assist and support their team with technical problems

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with IT consultant about the company’s team member issues, track and ensure prompt resolution of issues (ie: Microsoft Application support, Adobe updates, O/S updates, etc)
• Coordinate with IT consultant to have software and application updates completed to minimize team disruption and optimal user experience.
• Capable of coordinating with IT consultant, the company team members, and / or 3rd parties to

• troubleshoot IT issues
• coordinate software / application updates
• assist in managing projects

• Assist in updating or changing various firm documents such as Information & Security policy, DDQ, etc. for changes in the IT structure
• Provide feedback and assist in creating surveys for the company team members on IT consultant performance.
• For new or existing employees, manage delivery date of new hardware and ensure IT checklist has been executed by IT consultant.
• Test new applications and software as discussed with COO
• Mange daily IT processes to ensure files are retrieved / saved as required and that automated processes do not experience errors / issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in computer science / information technology
• Experience as a Network engineer or training in Network engineering
• Training or experience as a Security engineer a plus, but not required
• Experience and/or Training with Microsoft Cloud applications & Windows Operating Systems
• Speaks English fluently.
