COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a leading construction equipment manufacturer offering a full line of extreme duty, intuitive machines for construction equipment owners with nearly 30 overseas subsidiaries & offices, 4 overseas manufacturing plants and 5 R&D bases spreading across the world.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the financial activities of the subsidiary in Vietnam, coordinate the handling of transactions with other subsidiaries departments and export the report data to the corporation.

• Manage daily financial affairs of company’s subsidiary
• Submit monthly financial reports to the general manager
• Managing company budget, expenses control and approval
• Proceed Internal Audit and implement reporting processes to minimize financial risk
• Analyzing company data and market trends to make financial predictions and maximize profits according to Vietnam market trend and law
• Producing long term business plans based on company data
• Asset management
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or accounting
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in finance
• Has deep understand of the professional knowledge related to financial management and financial management system, understand about capital management, internal audit, tax policy regulations, investment management.
• Experience in managing budgets and forecasting
• Proficient in financial analysis methods, accounting, knowledgeable about operations related to tax planning
• Proficient in Computer skills: Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, etc.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong interpersonal/communication (written and verbal) / technical &risk management skills
• Ability to absorb, analyze and judge, work well under pressure
• Fluent in Chinese or English 4 skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing (preferably candidates who know Chinese)
