Job vacancy Electrical & Mechanical Engineer

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a 100% Japanese investment company, constructs power transmission and transformation facilities, provides design and construction works of electrical, energy-saving, HVAC and sanitary facility for general buildings and factory buildings for both new and existing mainly for Japanese companies. The Company also performs indoor electrical wiring, water treatment, air-conditioning, and piping works. Additionally, they run leasing operations for automobiles and office automation equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Design of mechanical/electrical items
•  Deploy mechanical/electrical construction drawings.
•  Read drawings, dissect detailed construction volume for each item.
•  Managing, operating, supervising the construction of mechanical/electrical works.
•  Prepare reports on the cost of materials, the progress of supplying materials and equipment in the project.
•  Prepare construction plans, construction progress and detailed construction methods to organize
• construction in the project.
•  Responsible for technical handling and project quality.
•  Prepare documents for phase acceptance, payment and completion documents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Ability to design
• Able to work independently and under high pressure.
• Proficient in using computer software such as Autocad, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, etc.
• At least 3 years of experience in the position of mechanical/electrical equipment construction and site supervision at construction sites.
• Foreign languages: English ability to speak and write, read and understand catalog drawings, technical documents.
• Good supervisory, subcontractor management, planning and organizational skills.
• Able to travel when needed.
• Having worked in a Japanese company is an advantage
