JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set departmental KPIs and monitor activities to ensure set KPIs are achieved.
• Perform general management of Paint, Laser Printing department: production plan, personnel, machinery, ...
• Responsible to the Board of Directors for the activities of the department
• Perform duties as directed by superiors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College or above, Major: Engineering
• Experience: 5~7 years working in manufacturing
• 3 years of experience in a similar management position
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the plastic molding industry
• Communicative Japanese equivalent to N3 or higher
