JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and improve the quality in the process, analyze the root cause and provide solutions.
• Consolidate quality reports, report quality problems to superiors & directors.
• Instructing subordinates on quality issues.
• Discuss and meet with customers on quality issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 10 years of experience working in an electronic components company in a similar position.
• Vietnamese native, able to communicate in English or Japanese
