JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting recruitment in Vietnam according to the recruitment requirements of the head office in Japan
• Use social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn to post job vacancies
• Receiving CVs of candidates
• Check candidate's CV to select the best candidates and
• Contact our recruitment team. Conduct a pre-interview if necessary
• After the candidate is selected by the client, we will work with the recruitment team at the head office in Japan and set up client and candidate interviews.
• After the candidate passes the interview round, we will work with the recruitment team at the head office in Japan,
• Sign a labor contract with the candidate. In addition, applicants with a Japanese visa
• We will receive the necessary documents for the application and send it to the recruitment team at the head office in Japan.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in HR department
• 3 years or more recruitment experience
• Good in Japanese (N2 level)
