Job vacancy Senior Process Engineer

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign company is looking for Senior Process Engineer to join their dynamic team who would be an engineering manager in the future for Waste to Energy Plant and Renewable Gas Plant.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute process engineering which is, but not limited to, process block flow diagram, process calculation like heat & mass balance, line & equipment sizing, hydraulics, process equipment datasheet, process flow diagram, material selection, process & utility P&ID including control philosophy, HAZOP study, operation manual, while assisting of procurement and construction for Waste to Energy Plant & Renewable Gas Plant
• Execute supervision of Commissioning
• Prepare the plant specification including RFQ to vendors suitable for site conditions according to the process selection and calculation of the equipment capacity, and so on
• Lead relevant engineering teams to proceed the project work 
• Create the common requirements and documents for all the design team
• Communicate and negotiate with clients and vendors together with project members in order to proceed the technical meeting, certifications, evaluations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree with major in Mechanical or Chemical.
• Having minimum 8 years working experience as plant engineer of power plant and/or petrochemical plant, preferably Waste to Energy plant is needed.
• Having the experience of the leading job-related team or engineering manager of the plant and experience of the manager or supervising work at the construction site is preferred.
• Be familiar with process software such as ASPEN, COMOS, HTRI and so on is preferred.
• Having experience executing projects in accordance with ASME code and preferably EN norm is needed.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
• Work well with a team environment, negotiate with clients and vendors well.
• Working location:  HCM and Osaka (On-the job training)
