JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• As Operation Manager of Head Office, be responsible for management and operation of multiple buildings in a comprehensive manner under the direction of Japanese General Manager. Direct and coordinate with Property Managers and Operation team of all buildings. Required extensive experience and high management skills.
•  The Operations manager is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
•  Responsible for the overall management of assigned residential or commercial properties to satisfy the requirements of the ownership and tenants, to preserve and increase the value and integrity of the properties and to meet the financial objectives of the ownership and management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated University
• Experience in project management
• Has the ability to show strong self-awareness and self-regulation whilst executing the job to a high standard
• Capable to work with others to meet project time-lines.
• Effective in delivering and supporting the Management Board message in a professional manner, across of projects
• Logical, strong- minded, decisive and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
