The factory in Tien Hai Industrial Park, Thai Binh, is currently preparing for construction and is expected to go into operation in early 2024.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise the Board of Directors/General Director on factory setting & management: equipment, technology, use of raw materials, factory infrastructure
• Preserve company assets, control production efficiency and ensure quality and productivity.
• Implement daily, weekly and monthly production plan
• Building and implementing production processes
• Control and manage budget costs within the allowable level of the company, consumption norms of raw materials, labor, report product inventory, arising problems in a timely manner to take remedial measures. recover quickly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from College, University
• 3+ years of experience in a Management position.
• Having set up a new Japanese factory is an advantage
• Good understanding of safety, ISO, how to set up production line, calculate manpower & production plan
• Good Japanese equivalent to N2 or higher (REQUIRED)
