Job vacancy Sales Coordinator

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a Japanese multinational corporation and a major producer of machinery components and electronics devices.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Using AISAS 400 system to operate current business for ordering, delivery, forecast, inventory control.
• Coordinate sales team, and factories by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Ensure the best delivery schedule to keep customer line will be line down
• Visit customers when some quality, delivery, cost problems occur.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems and find the best way to resolve problem.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies
• Report the result of sales plan and turnover for Sales Manager by Monthly
• Managing the credit line, aging stock, payment of existing customers
• Follow up monthly statement account and do record the customer’s payment to system
• Issue Credit Note/ Debit Note for returning NG products accordingly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Female, 25-30 years old
• From 2 years of similar experience (Sales Support, Sales Coordinator...),
• Has experience in import-export field 
• Good English communication.
