JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position supports the company’s sales teams. Reports to the Sales & Business Development Director and Area Sales Manager in Headquarter office.
• Provide general clerical support, including regular data updates, mainly creating C4C Opportunity Sales Quote for all SEA countries.
• Familiar with PC processing, Microsoft Office, Excel is a must.
• Knowledge of Chinese Word Processing will be an advantage.
• Handling other assigned duties.
• Good command in written and spoken in English.
• Good command in written and spoken in Mandarin will be advantage.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Self-motivated, independent, self-motivated and responsible individual who can meet tight deadlines.
• Good employment history.
