JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively partner with business and support TVME business by advising on a broad range of legal and compliance matters spanning commercial contracts, 3rd party risk management, compliance education and training
• Oversee and manage legal documents and contracts in company including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements for standard and non-standard commercial transactions
• Be open to support the Regional Senior Counsel of TAP and partner with legal and compliance officers of selective TAP entities in advising, resolving and managing legal and compliance matters for other TAP entities in the areas listed above for company.
• Gradually participate in regional projects of developing policies, procedures, and SOPs to secure compliance with applicable laws and industry code of ethics and global best practices

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in law from top tier law school in Vietnam, with 5-6 years in-house experience (Pharmaceuticals or medical technology industry background would be of great advantage).
• Native Vietnamese speaker with fluency in English, and superb communication skills both in writing and speaking.
• Commercially astute, eager to partner with business, with strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
