We are looking applications from independent and highly motivated candidates for the position of Japanese speaking for Business Development department in our Ho Chi Minh.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• As the Business Development leader, you will be responsible for promoting new Fintech services to Vietnamese e-commerce businesses.

               + Specifically, you will be responsible for selecting target companies, taking action to generate leads, field sales, and implementation.
                + You will lead not only field sales but also partnerships with EC enablers to generate leads.

• In the future, you will also be responsible for recruiting, forming a sales team, and training members.
• If you wish, you may also be asked to plan improvements to our services based on market feedback.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Sales Experience: 4+ years of B to B sales experience.
• Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
• Experience with any of the following: software, SaaS, fintech, and payment products in a sales environment.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to document and explain logically.
• Ability to create plans, manage schedules, and excel in execution.
• Management Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing a field sales team of 3 or more people.
• Experience in recruiting and training field salespeople.
• Personality: Customer-oriented and Respectful of colleagues.
• Language: Business level English or Japanese .

Benefit:

• Bonus: Twice a year (Approximately total of 1.5 months, increased due to personal achievements)
• Salary increase:

                + There are two evaluation timings per year.
                + In most cases, raises are usually given once a year.

• Allowance: Meal, Housing and Commuting allowance (included in Monthly Gross Salary)
