COMPANY OVERVIEW  Foreign real estate investor looking for Property Manager for residential projects
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building activities are managed overall (residents, customers, tenants, employees, contractors...)
• Developing policies, regulations, procedures, and directions for building operations
• Making frequent reports and advising Directors on building operations
• Other tasks designated by the Board of Director

  JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree 
• 2-3 years of experience as Assistant / Property Manager of high-rise buildings
• English: Good communication
• Good leadership and management skills
