JAC’s client is a reputable company in the Logistics industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Adapt and deliver C&B programs based on the local market and biz needs
    • Implement Local C&B programs based on reg policies and guidelines and compliance with local industry practices and statutory requirements.
    • Stay updated on the current local market trends and best practices for C&B
  • Local expertise in job evaluation and benchmarking
    • Support technical job analysis and evaluation, role clarification exercise including banding of a new role or upgrading/downgrading of existing roles arising from business or structural changes.
    • Documenting of job descriptions within the database for future evaluations, review of JD and scopes for all roles within the local office to ensure accurate benchmarking, maintenance of banding structure.
    • Work with other local HR functions to integrate C&B priorities
    • Support other HR initiatives such as succession planning and career progression
  • Manpower budgeting & tracking
    • Support in budget exercise, including forecasting and reporting for manpower cost, budget utilization reporting, cost optimization for manpower
  • C&B analysis and administration
    • Support salary benchmarking and annual salary reviews, including preparing reports for local market surveys, assisting with periodic audits and annual salary benchmarking reports
    • Calculation of annual market adjustment and salary increments, maintaining and updating C&B policies and SOPs
    • Ensuring documentation and governance, taking charge of local benefits and insurance administration
  • Improvement and targeted interventions
    • Consolidate and analyze employee feedback on the C&B scheme
    • Identifying any issues arising from the new banding structure and providing recommendations to Reg C&B on how to improve and refine existing policies for local needs
  • Communications and awareness
    • Culture building and equipping supervisors on compensation management practices and communications, support office-wide communications on C&B policies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 5 years of experience in the similar role
  • Work experience in Logistics, E-commerce or Startup environment is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with C&B
  • Understand job evaluation, methodology
