COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a top company in Logistics industry.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle full set of accounts and related job duties independently, including payment checking, account receivables, account payables and bank transactions.
• Handle month end closing tasks and prepare the monthly and quarterly management reports and financial analysis accurately and timely.
• Handle tax filing and prepare relevant supporting documents timely.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and inter-company transactions reconciliation.
• Monitor the daily funding, liquid capital position and prepare the weekly cash flow forecast report.
• Maintain accounting records and effective filing system.
• Prepare annual reports for internal and external audits.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecast.
• Liaise with banks for all related matters.
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required.
• Report to GM of Vietnam and to Regional Head Office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.  CPA / ACCA Certificate is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience for multinational company management, preferably in freight forwarding industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Experience in Logistics system is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
• Good knowledge of Vietnam taxation and legal accounting with experience to deal with tax authorities.
