COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign real estate company is looking for Accountant to be in charge of Account Receivable for their dynamic accounting team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow up sales collection from customers and timely update sales collection report
• Issue invoices to buyers
• Manage and keep filing of contract, VAT invoice and related documents
• Coordinate with procedure team to consolidate, verify data, and upload disbursement data to system
• Coordinate with reporting team on financial statement
• Keep all financial documents/contract confidentiality and safety to comply with internal control policy of the Company.
• Other duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from University with the major in accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Having experience in the fields of AR accounting for 2-3 years.
• Fluent in English skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Accuracy of reports and records.
• Hardworking and teamwork.
