Job vacancy Senior Accounting & Tax

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign company is looking for Senior Accounting & Tax to be responsible for managing and organizing accounting & tax role in Ho Chi Minh city.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control and instruct accounting firm to prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements and annual tax returns/fillings
• Make all necessary information for bookkeeping available, and tax returns/fillings available to the accounting firm
• Review and endorse financial statements and secure fair presentation of financial statements
• Sign on financial documents as Chief Accountant
• Report financial statements and other financial results to company representative and HQ
• Issue VAT invoices
• Manage and declare for corporate income tax (CIT), value added tax (VAT), foreign contractor tax (FCT), personal income tax (PIT) and other applicable taxes in Vietnam
• Review and endorse tax returns/fillings and secure tax compliance in Vietnam
• Report tax returns/fillings to company representative and HQ
• Consult with tax advisors for tax treatments of new projects
• Review and approve the remittance applications in the internet banking system and execute wire transfers
• Manage or procure to manage original documents received/issued for treasury, accounting, and tax purpose
• Control account payables and account receivables
• Manage expense claims by employees

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree in in accounting, commercial or equivalent.
• Having at least 8-10 years of experience in accounting & tax role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Flexibility and versatility to adapt to constantly changing dynamics of energy industry and the firm.
• Hardworking, and teamwork.
• Communication skills between various teams and vendors
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Have passion to solve unprecedented challenges
