JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the accounting team
• Supervise every aspect of a company’s accounting function
• Consult on the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting process
• Review balance sheet, general ledger accounts, and income statement
• Prepare Forecast and Actual Quarterly Profit & Loss
• Recommend improvement to general accounting activities to ensure compliance with governmental and organizational procedures and policies.
• Manage the accurate, reliable, and timely reporting as internal requirements
• Ensure compliance with required external and internal controls
• Review all the journals entry and post them into Oracle
• Prepare Corporate Tax, Deferred Tax
• Prepare US and Local GAAP financial statements
• Prepare Annual Report and year-end statutory filings
• Ad hoc duties as assign

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Account or Finance
• 10 years of experience in general accounting in Manufacturing Industry
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and technical accounting skills
• Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Knowledge of local and state laws regarding accounting, finances, and taxation
• Knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion systems preferred
• Experience in a Matrix organization
• Excellent communication in written & spoken English
