JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for managing the Sales team
• Find new customers within the target market definition and manage customer relationships to achieve profitability goals (International clients)
• Build up and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Manage all sales activities, make, and implement sales action plans
• Be responsible for achieving profitability goals
• Discuss contracts & agreements with customers
• Collect advertising materials & ensure the proper printing of advertising materials
• Develop advertising, PR, direct marketing, and media
• Trade fair holding and events
• Collect all requests of clients
• Draft quotation & send to distributors/clients as requested
• Follow up on the quotation and arrange a purchase order
• Follow up and remind customers to make payment
• Update and maintain the Sales & Marketing department’s documentation and database
• Coordinate with suppliers such as Logistics & Transportation companies
• Accomplish other Sales & Marketing related tasks as needed that are assigned by the direct manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate who has experience in office Interior work, office design, and office furniture sales are preferred and have a wide relationship in society.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Vietnamese people, female, over 30 years old, minimum 03 years experience working as Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web searches
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
• Priority to candidates who have worked for foreign companies, especially MNCs (multinational companies).
• Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team, adapt & work under high-pressure, honest, work overtime when necessary
