We will market a wide range of non-life insurance products to both enterprises and individuals, including property, marine cargo, motor, and engineering.
We are looking for Senior Executive (Software Developer) / Digital Business Development Division
  • Contract Status: Permanent
  • Report to: Deputy Manager
  • Location: Hanoi
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • PURPOSE:
    • Develop and maintain digital systems to meet business requirements
    CONTEXT:
    All Insurance lines as assigned by the Company
    DIMENSIONS:
    - Timeline
    - Digital projects
  • KEY OUTPUTS:
    1. Software Developer
    • Acquire, build, and develop digital systems within given timelines
    • Properly test digital systems using both automated and manual tests
    • Make sure digital systems are developed in a secure manner
    • Build Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration pipeline when applicable
    2. Support & Documentation
    • Support troubleshooting and debugging digital systems in all environments including but not limited to Development, UAT, Staging, and Production.
    • Support users to test digital systems.
    • Compose documents including but not limited to:
    o Code documentation
    o API documentation
    o Technical design & analysis
    o Deployment guides
    o Developer manuals
    o User manuals.
    3. Others
    • Timely/periodically report all information to higher managers.
    • As per assigned by superiors and other office work as required by the Company.
  • KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
    • Code quality
    • User satisfaction timeline
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or relevant field.
    • Certificates in software development is a plus.
  • SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
    • Preferred programming languages:
    o NodeJS/Javascript
    o PHP
    o C#
    • Programming frameworks:
    o ExpressJS, React or equivalent
    o Laravel or equivalent
    o .NET Framework/.NET Core
    • Good knowledge on design patterns and tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality of the work.
  • EXPERIENCE:
    • At least 3 year working experience.
    • 2 years’ experience in software development is a plus.
