Job vacancy Sale and Marketing Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A foreign Real Estate company is looking for Sale and Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team in Binh Duong

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To maintain a relationship with tenants by providing support in terms of rental, Sales and Marketing matters
• Collecting reports, combining and preparing meeting contents based on Manager requests and guidelines to ensure the smooth operation
• To keep track of Renovation/Replacement of all projects including changing tenants, replacement candidates, the timeline for big tenants/groups,…to submit timely reports to Managers.
• Plan and manage the promotion in all projects with cooperation with planning team
• Cooperate well with operation team ,leasing team and plannning team to ensure SC management
• Other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Have 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
• Strong interest in Shopping malls
• English : Business Level
