JAC's client is a famous brand name in Real Estate sector that is currently looking for a potential candidate for the Leasing Manager/ Leasing specialist position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement leasing smoothly according to team leader's allocation and keep up-to-date knowledge about the retail market through surveys and analysis to ensure team members can complete lease work on time.
• Actively seeking new tenant interest in as to expand the database and selecting eligible tenants to achieve the optimal tenancy mix and profitability for the retail mall.
• Execute and supervise personnel for successful negotiation as scheduled in order to maximize profit for the company while also establishing relationships with tenants.
• Prepare and provide professional leasing documents/procedures/reports.
• Train and closely monitor staff in order to catch up on workload and operate effectively.
• Analyze current mall performance, survey competitors, and update retail market trends to provide improvement strategies for current malls and innovative ideas for future mall development.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s  Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or its equivalent
• Have 3-5 years of working experience in the leasing field (strong interest in Shopping malls)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• English skill: Business Level
