JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Manager has the central role to facilitate communication between various stakeholders and controlling project risks. PM will be expected to coordinate internal stakeholders, find out the needs and concerns of each Cinnamon business function, make proposals & reports of development progress for AI features and manage project quality and delivery by cooperating with engineers, researchers, and quality assurance within our group

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must Have
Strong business communication in English and Vietnamese.
● Minimum 3 years of working experience, special hands-on experience in the Project Manager role with a technical background.
● Well-proven experience in managing multi-regional / distributed project teams.
● Proven experience in project planning, project estimation, quality management, resource management, and risk management.
● Good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
● Ability to clearly, concisely, and accurately report on project progress and outcomes to management groups.
● Solid knowledge and practices with traditional SDLC and Agile methodologies
● Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
● Attitude to do everything possible to over-achieve project goals.
Passion to study more knowledge about technology, especially in AI.
