COMPANY OVERVIEW
Global company is looking for Service Engineer to join their dynamic team in HCM.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsibility and taking care of existing clients and supporting them launch, repair, and maintenance of the machines
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Liaise with customers relating to technical and service issue
  • Provide fast and effective technical support
  • Complete full service reports and complete all paperwork associated with each service activities
  • On-the job training in Asian countries for 1 or 2 years, after which working in Ho Chi Minh
JOB REQUIREMENTS BENEFITS
  • Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical discipline is preferred
  • Preferably 2-3 years related Engineering working experience
  • Teamwork spirits Possess leadership qualities
  • Strong work ethic: willing to work hard
  • Flexible: willing to pick up new skills and can adjust to the new working environment
  • Self-motivated: effectively working with little direction and take initiative to get work done
  • Able to travel oversea and on short notice
  • English business level
