COMPANY OVERVIEW A foreign real estate investor is looking for Architects with experience in residential building projects.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Manage Design team to promote all projects’ design work: Concept design, Basic design, Detailed design
• Instruct and coordinate with design companies, design consultant
• Coordinate internally for authority submission, and coordinate with the consultant to solve RFI in the construction stage

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher majoring in Architecture
• Over 3 years of experience at the design/construction real estate company
• Previous experience working within Residential, High-rise buildings, and Commercial projects
• Working proficiency in English.
