COMPANY OVERVIEW  Foreign real estate investor looking for Property Manager for residential projects

• Working time: Mon - Fri
• Location: Binh Duong Province

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall management of building operations (residents, customers, tenants, employees, contractors...)
• Developing policies, regulations, procedures, instructions related to building operation
• Making regular reports and advising Directors on the operation of the building
• Other jobs assigned by the Board of Directors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree 
• At least 3-5 years of experience as Hotel/Building manager

• Good leadership and management skills
