JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • In charge of the Recruitment Department, including the tasks of recruiting employees of mass and non-mass groups and managing recruitment brands.
  • Research and find out about human resources to have a labour recruitment plan to make good use of labour resources, in accordance with the requirements of the Company's human resources.
  • Organize, plan, and implement jobs related to personnel recruitment.
  • Actively seek and develop a network of relationships with potential and talented candidates in the market to meet recruitment needs.
  • Implement new sourcing methods for mass groups. Strongly exploiting mass labour resources nationwide.
  • Make annual budget plans and recruitment targets. Implement budgets and targets towards financial efficiency and resource efficiency
  • Organize the development of recruitment channels (organize programs to attract candidates, promote recruitment brands at colleges/universities, develop recruitment fan page, expand partners to contact
  • Directly interview candidates according to the company's staff management regulations from time to time.
  • Proposing plans and solutions to develop company’s recruitment brand.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • University graduate or higher majoring in Labor Economics, Human Resource Management, Foreign Languages, Economics.
  • Have at least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, human resource management.
  • Priority is given to candidates with recruitment experience in mass (Corporate sales staff / THN staff) with an average number of 200 - 500 employees/month.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law, knowledge of candidate assessment tools (IQ, EQ, ..), knowledge of human resource management tools (KPI, competency framework,...).
  • Skilled in implementing field recruitment for unskilled labor/business staff.
  • Having good communication skills, presentation skills, interviewing candidates.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
