Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint-Stock Company(BIMICO) is originated from state-owned enterprise founded on 13 / 01 / 1993 according to the 62/QĐUB decision of People's Committee of previous Song Be province and now Binh Duong province. It has been privatized and has begun to operate in the field of the joint-stock company since 5/2006 with the charter capital :70 billion VND. Among them, the state owns 51% of the shares, the other belongs to shareholders such as: BIMICO's staff, stategical investors, outside sharehoders.
