CAD Construction was founded in 2001 by Architect Nguyen Cong Hoa with the vision of being able to provide construction services with the same high standards he was exposed to when he was still working for foreign construction companies like Sang Tao Corporation, an Australian-Vietnamese Joint Stock Company; French Company Elf Atochem; and Delta Equipment and Construction Company a 100% American owned company based in Ho Chi Minh City. With the growing influx of foreign companies into Vietnam, Hoa saw the need of a local construction company who could deliver on the international quality expectations foreign companies are accusstomed to.
