- Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank , abbreviated as Vietnam International Bank - VIB, was established on September 18th 1996 in accordance with the Decision No. 22/QD/NH5 dated 25 January 1996 by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam. Since the inauguration day, with its initial charter capital of 50 billion Vietnam dong, VIB has been developing to become one of the leading domestic financial institutions of Vietnam.
