JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description Summary:
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Collaborate closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Offer guidance on HR policies.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning metrics such as working hours and attrition rates.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Evaluate training programs, including sharing and learning courses.
- Cooperate with Foxconn China & Taiwan on relevant tasks.
- Collaborate with top management on biannual promotion cycles.
- Report to and meet with customers as needed.
- Collaborate with Foxconn Central & other sites on implementing new HR policies.
- Attend biweekly meetings with top management and HR managers from all Foxconn VN sites.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher education programme in Business administration or Human resources.
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Understand the all the HR functions and best practices thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skill with requisite interpersonal skills to partner, collaborate and build relationships with regional teams.
- Strong people management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Advance in Chinese communication and English.
