What you will do:

• Accounting Task - day to day accounting task such as

• Invoice issuance
• Credit note issuance
• Client payment update
• Vendor bill registration
• Vendor payment
• Prepare payment voucher/petty cash voucher
• Update & follow deal information & WMR report (internal sales report)

• NetSuite Book-in:

• Update sales invoice/vendor bills into system
• Input expense claim

• Financial and Accounting/Tax Report - conduct the following tasks

• Double check & compare the figures between Deal Base - WMR - Netsuite system
• Update the figures on Quick PL file
• Prepare summary of invoices/VAT report in the month

• A to J Report Weightage: Prepare and sort out the data for A to J, checking and reconcile the SST collection and make sure the submission and payment made is within the timely manner without any penalty incurred
• Office Administration support: reception, office facilities & properties, etc. (not too often)
• Other tasks requested from BOD

What we expect from you:

• 2-3 years of experience in Accounting
• Fair English communication.
• College graduation
• Working time: September 2023 to end of May 2023
• Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, flexible working time frame upon your schedule.
