  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity in the packaging manufacturing process.
  • Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials while maintaining quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Production Planning: Collaborate with production teams to develop production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage transportation and logistics activities to ensure smooth flow of materials and finished products between production facilities and distribution centers.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements throughout the supply chain.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive initiatives to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, and develop talent within the department.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, such as supply disruptions, supplier issues, and regulatory compliance, to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on key supply chain metrics, analyze data to identify trends and performance gaps, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics processes, and manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
