Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi- Pick up and transfer to hotel. (No guide today)
Day 2 : Hanoi - VisitHo Chi Minh's house on stilt, One Pillar Pagoda, Tran Quoc pagoda. After that transfer to visit Hoan Kiem Lake & Ngoc Son temple, the Old Quarter, of which another name is “36 streets”. Take the night train to Lao Cai. (B,L)
Day 3: Lao Cai/Sapa - Early morning arrival in Lao Cai. Transfer to Sapa. After breakfast visit Ham Rong mountain. Lunch at a restaurant. Late afternoon free to discover Sapa town. Night at hotel in Sapa. (L)
Day 4: Soft trek to Lao Chai/Ta Van villages - Breakfast. Drive to Lao Chai village (Black H’Mong tribe), learn more about the daily life here, and then have a 2km trek from Lao Chai to Ta Van village (Dzay tribe). After lunch at the village you will be picked up and taken to Sapa. Late afternoon drive back to Lao Cai for the night train back to Hanoi . (B,L)
Day 5: Hanoi / Halong / Hanoi (group tour) - Arrive in Hanoi at early morning. Pick up and transfer to your hotel (no room this morning). 8:00AM: Departure from your hotel and drive through the countryside to Halong Bay (170 km). Lunch. Take four hour cruise on the Bay, seeing thousands of limestone islands and go inside one beautiful cave on the bay. Return to Hanoi, arriving in the evening. (L)

Free time before the transfer to the airport for your departure flight.(B) - No guide today
