Job vacancy Sales Director

We are seeking Vietnamese talent for the position of Sales Director with experience in MT and GT channels. The details of the role include:

• Directing and managing the Sales Department; overseeing sales activities and revenue to ensure the achievement of departmental KPIs.
• Developing and implementing sales plans aligned with approved budgets.
• Conducting market research to analyze trends and competitors, and proposing sales and new customer development strategies across various segments.
• Recommending pricing policies (prices, commissions, discounts) for customers in different markets and periods.
• Cultivating and nurturing strong and lasting relationships with customers.
• Establishing and refining comprehensive sales processes and procedures.
• Providing regular reports on sales results, revenue, costs, and forecasts to the Board of Management.
• Supervising and guiding sales staff to meet growth and sales targets.
• Recruiting departmental employees, setting targets, providing training, and motivating staff to enhance performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the Sales Director/Manager position or an equivalent role. Extensive knowledge of sales within retail chains and supermarkets.
• Previous managerial experience within retail chains is preferred. Honest, hardworking, and self-disciplined.
• High responsibility
