JAC's client is looking for Legal Consultant to join their dynamic team in HCM city.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide legal advice for project development and organization management.
• Support team to research and provide analysis on legal regulations.
• Ensure all corporate documents, licenses are renewed, upgraded on time. 
• Conduct, draft, and review legal due diligence, legal documents, and contracts.
• Other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• University graduation with bachelor’s degree or above in law.
• Minimum 3 years of professional working experience in legal or contract-related assignments.
• Fluent in English, both in writing and communicating.
• Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Good computer skills in MS office.
• Innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
