COMPANY OVERVIEW  

JAC's client is looking for Sales Analysist to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support sales of large-scale residential development projects as a developer.
• Research and analyze sales policies and marketing strategies of competitor projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.
• Be responsible to analyze and propose the sales policies in partner’s proposals.
• Update and share sales status and progress management with the construction and investment departments.
• Approach and build relationships with the partner’s sales team and sales agents.
• Support promotion and sales of digital products to sales agents and developers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• University graduation with bachelor’s degree or above in Economic, Finance, Accounting or Law.
• Having previous experience in a similar role within the real estate sector.
• Good command of English, particularly in writing & speaking.
• Proficiency in office computer applications, especially Excel.
• Proven experience in lead research, market analysis, or business development.
• Strong analytical skills and research abilities with capabilities to recommend actionable insights.
• Innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
• Willing to travel to Hanoi as required.
