COMPANY OVERVIEW

A foreign consulting firm is looking for Accounting Service Manager position. This role is responsible for all areas relating to providing financial, accounting, tax services to clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
• Ensure the timely sending of all monthly financial statements of Clients.
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the firm.
• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
• Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
• Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
• Support Managing Director with special projects and workflow process improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 8 years of experience in accounting and tax field.
• At least 3 years of experience (for managerial position)
• Proficiency in English
• Working experience in international accounting and tax services
• CPA, CPTA, APC certification is preferable.
• Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel
