COMPANY OVERVIEW

A foreign Accounting firm is looking for in-house Accounting staff position. The position supports the HR-Admin and Accounting Division in executing internal accounting functions for the Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal finance, accounting and Tax Administration

• Perform bookkeeping activities to support the preparation of the company's Financial Statement.
• Assist the Senior Associate in the consolidation of books for month-end closing.
• Updates oneself on all Tax regulations and ensure compliance to filing and payments.
• Compute for accurate annual, quarterly and monthly tax declarations and submit them to the Senior Associate for checking. 
• Maintain an organized physical filing of all internal accounting documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by seniors.

 
 Other division support

• Assist in updating and maintaining exchange rate database and other financial and accounting databases as assigned by seniors.
• Assist in supporting the Accounting and Tax Division as requested.
• Assist in tax investigations and company audit as assigned by seniors
• Perform encoding and other tasks necessary for RPA system testing and implementation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• At least 2 years of accounting-related work experience
•  Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
• Communicate in English: Business Level
