INVESTMENT DIRECTOR OR MANAGER

100% subsidiary of Japan with a vision of being No.1 International Real Estate Developer in Vietnam, investing in real estate and urban development projects, especially in residential and industrial sectors is looking for Investment Director or Manager working in Hanoi.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Investment execution in new project as Investment Director or Manager.
• Negotiation & relation management with partners (JV partner).
• Investment financial analysis.
• Legal due diligence with lawyer.
• More desirable if having experience in M&A or JV deal with FDI company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University Graduation (bachelor’s degree or above).
• No criteria for university major, but Finance / Accounting degree is preferable.
• Good command in English, particularly in writing & speaking.
• (Equivalent to TOEIC of 850, IELTS 6.5 or above).
• Proficiency in office computer applications, especially Excel.
• Professionality.
• Negotiation & relation management with partners (JV partner).
• Make presentation of company policy / strategies.
• Create / maintain relationship with counterpart of JV partner.
• Negotiate to execute investment.
• Investment financial analysis.
• Make financial model (Cash flow / P&L).
• Legal due diligence with lawyer.
• Discuss with lawyer regarding relevant regulation and law.
• Reflect them into contract clauses to minimize legal / regulation risk.
• Complying with international standard compliance.

BENEFITS

• Working Place: Ha Noi.
• Working time: Monday – Friday (8:00 to 17: 00).
• Salary: Gross a month 50~70 Mil VND or negotiable based on experience.
• All benefit accordance with Labour Law and company’s regulation.
