COMPANY OVERVIEW  

JAC's client is looking for Investment Accountant Manager/Senior Manager to join their dynamic team
in Ho Chi Minh.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for budget and actual analysis in on-going projects in Vietnam.
• Feasibility study preparation for new potential projects and JV partners F/S analysis.
• Effectively communicate and support with other departments.
• Analyze differences between budget and actual based on relevant numbers (sold units etc.) and effectively prepare revised budget numbers.
• Prepare feasibility study (project cash flow) for new potential projects of residential development.
• Join the meeting with JV partners as required and provide professional advisory services/consultancy.
• Any other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• University degree in finance or accounting
• Having working experience from 10 years in investment finance, accounting, or audit.
• Knowledge and experience in accounting, finance, tax as well as budget and actual analysis
• Knowledge and experience in feasibility study preparation and analysis on real estate development (especially for residentials)
• Fluent in business English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
