COMPANY OVERVIEW
JAC’s client, a foreign financial advisory firm is looking for Senior/Manager Financial Advisory.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Preparation and review of Tax Due Diligence and Financial Due Diligence
• Researches in tax and financial matters when entering to Vietnamese market
• Financial modelling and valuation
• Preparation of financial statements
• Communication with Auditor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related
• At least 5 years experience of working at financial advisory firm or M&A advisory firm
• Having experiences in advisory services including but not limited to TDD (Tax Due Diligence) and FDD (Financial Due Diligence)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity
• Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities
• Advantageous to possess experience with accounting systems, i.e. Xero, SAP, etc.
• Advantageous to possess knowledge of transfer pricing and/or accounting, especially VAS
• Advantageous to possess experience in a managerial position and/or in a multinational company
• Fluency in spoken/written English
